Job summary

This role involves preparing Bills of Materials, cost estimates, Notices to Proceed, contracts, inspection reports, and Certificates of Completion, while coordinating with Purchasing, Planning, Accounting and other departments to keep projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred or required, depending on company requirements.
• Experience in construction, renovation, project engineering, or site inspection is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, construction plans, and cost estimates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and work with different project teams.
