Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• 2–3 years construction experience required.
• Able to read architectural and engineering plans.
• Must know how to drive motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
• Willing to work on-site under project-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil and fit-out construction activities.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Prepare and submit Daily Accomplishment Reports and other required project reports.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved plans and specs.
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions.
• Assist in preparing estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQ, and material requirements.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of works.
• Conduct measurements and site verification as required.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties related to civil construction and project management as assigned.
