Job summary

Arup is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead or assist in the planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects in the Philippines. You will oversee site development, earthworks, drainage and road works, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 8 years’ experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D; knowledge of 12D/OpenRoads is valued. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer; post-graduate studies are an advantage.
• With at least 8 years’ relevant experience in multi-disciplinary consulting.
• Experience in linear civil infrastructure and land development projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D; exposure to 12D/OpenRoads is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Produce and check general civils designs and interface with utilities.
• Supervise and mentor design engineers and drafters.
• Provide technical due diligence and master planning to feasibility through detailed design.
