Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves supervising substructure works, ensuring drawings and safety standards, and coordinating with consultants and suppliers to support smooth execution.

This full-time position requires a Civil Engineering degree, at least 5 years of site experience, and a willingness to work night shifts while maintaining quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage substructure works (pilecaps, columns, pierheads, portals).
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, MS and Safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower, equipment and materials for efficiency.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, WIRs, MARs, and as-built documentation.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve site technical issues.
• Enforce HSE procedures and report incidents.
