Job summary

EPM Construction Inc. in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija seeks an experienced Architect to lead on-site architectural works, review drawings, and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to deliver quality outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture and a PRC license is preferred or required depending on project needs. It is a full-time, on-site position with travel to project locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) preferred/required, depending on project requirements.
• With relevant experience in site supervision, construction, or architectural project management.
• Knowledgeable in architectural plans, construction details, specifications, and building codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
• Able to work with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Willing to be assigned full-time in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works and site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Review architectural drawings, details, and construction documents before and during implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify discrepancies, defects, or non-compliance.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Site Engineer, contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
• Monitor the quality and progress of architectural works.
• Ensure that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review site reports, inspection reports, punch lists, and other required documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical and architectural issues encountered on-site.
• Coordinate revisions, site instructions, and drawing updates with the concerned parties.
• Monitor compliance with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and project standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates regarding architectural works and concerns.
• Assist in project turnover, inspection, and rectification of punch-list items
