Job summary

ACCIONA is recruiting a Site Engineer - Piling to support the MCRP-02 Railway Project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves supervising piling works on site, ensuring bored pile construction aligns with project specs, and coordinating with engineers and client representatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, and are capable of working across shifts while maintaining strong quality control and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of bored pile construction process.
• Experience supervising and coordinating on-site subcontractors.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation management.
• Experience coordinating with Client and Engineer representatives.
• Able to work across shifts as required.

Job Description

• Assist in supervising piling works on site
• Ensure the proper execution of bored pile works in accordance with project specifications, approved method statements, and quality standards
• Monitor subcontractor activities during day and night shifts
• Coordinate with Engineer and Client representatives on site activities and requirements
• Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders

Required Skills and Competencies

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
