Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Architect for the MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role requires coordinating with engineers, preparing shop drawings, and conducting on-site inspections to enforce design, quality and safety standards.

Licensed Architect (PRC registered) with at least 3 years of experience in both structural and architectural works is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and strong communication are essential, with on-site work insisted.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (PRC registered).

• Experience in office-based design/coordination and site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approvals and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design, quality and safety compliance.
• Provide technical support during project execution and address design concerns.
• Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and company guidelines.
