Qualifications

• Graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong research skills.
• Comfortable with negotiation and follow-ups.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure potential locations for expansion.
• Research sites and properties for expansion.
• Source properties through online platforms, networks, brokers, and direct contacts.
• Communicate with property owners, landlords, and brokers.
• Conduct site visits and ocular inspections.
• Evaluate locations on accessibility, visibility, and market potential.
• Prepare site evaluation reports for management.
• Assist in negotiating rental rates and lease terms.
• Maintain a database of potential properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams on site requirements.
• Monitor negotiations and follow up on leads.
• Support documentation and processing of acquired sites.
• Identify opportunities for future business expansion.
