WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Site Acquisition Specialist, you will help identify and secure potential locations that support the company's expansion plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Research and identify potential sites and commercial properties for expansion
- Source properties through online platforms, property networks, brokers, agents, and direct owner contacts
- Communicate and build professional relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, and agents
- Conduct site visits and ocular inspections to assess potential locations
- Evaluate locations based on accessibility, visibility, surrounding establishments, market potential, and other business requirements
- Gather important property information such as location, size, rental rate, lease terms, availability, and other commercial conditions
- Prepare site evaluation reports and recommendations for management review
- Assist in negotiating rental rates, lease terms, and other commercial conditions
- Maintain an updated database of potential properties and site acquisition activities
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding site requirements and concerns
- Monitor negotiations and follow up on pending property leads
- Assist in the documentation and processing of acquired sites
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for future business expansion
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
YOU MAY BE THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU ARE:
- A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Management, Management, or a related course
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Confident and comfortable communicating with different people
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to different locations
- Interested in real estate, leasing, business development, and expansion
- Good at researching and gathering information
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to analyze information and make well-supported recommendations
- Comfortable with negotiation and professional follow-ups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with the team
Experience in sales, real estate, leasing, business development, or fieldwork is an advantage but not required.
