Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks an Application Engineer to join the Contracts Sales and Support delivery team.

You will support and enhance the Contracts Life Cycle Management system (Sirion Labs) through configuration, automation, and integration for a diverse global customer base. You will troubleshoot production issues, gather business requirements, configure applications, and work with developers to implement solutions, ensuring production deployments are successful and aligned with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business, Finance and Accounting.
• Experience in application operations support and/or project implementation in Sirion Labs or any CLM tools.
• Experience in code development and other programming language a plus; Java preferred.
• Good foundation in ITSM, and Agile processes & tools; ITIL certified a plus.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent customer focus and superior results-orientation.
• Experience in global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural environment.

The Application Engineer will be part of the Contracts Sales and Support delivery team to provide support and develop enhancements for Contracts Life Cycle Management system (Sirion Labs), through configuration, automation, and integration, applying in-depth business domain knowledge. The position will participate in moving solution development from test to production under software engineering principles and IT standards, working with a global team, catering to a diverse customer base from different continents.

Responsibilities

• Performing troubleshooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various types of production issues
• Working closely with Business Partners to gather business requirements, and mapping them to Siron Labs solutions
• Configuring the Sirion Labs application to meet business needs or resolve issues

Requirements
