Job summary

Maersk is seeking a capable Landside Logistics Analyst to manage end-to-end landside shipment execution using SAP TMS and to drive planning, optimisation, and exception management. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers and partners to ensure accurate data and timely order closure.

The role requires at least three years in logistics or shipping, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work rotating night shifts in a five-day in-office model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in logistics or shipping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities (RCA, trend analysis, KPI interpretation).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office products.

• Enable stakeholder alignment and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
• Champion standardisation, compliance, and best practices across the Landside network

System and Process Knowledge

• Strong understanding of SAP Transportation Management System dispatch workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities (RCA, trend analysis, KPI interpretation)
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Capability to analyze operational data, including review and reporting activities.

Role Requirements

• Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts, adhere to a five-day in-office expectation.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the logistics or shipping industry for external hires.
• Strong attitude, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
