Job summary

The role requires 6–8 years in logistics or shipping, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution, from planning and booking to delivery and order closure using SAP TMS.

• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders across internal teams, customers, and partners for operational excellence.
• Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability.
• Engage regional front office teams and contribute to overall operational improvements.
• Track performance, generate reports, and derive KPI-based insights across operations and financials.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations on cost, profitability, and business trends.
• Lead process improvements and standardisation to boost efficiency and reduce friction.
• Support cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• Should be able to speak and write Spanish and English
• Hands on Knowledge of all MS Office Product
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the logistics or shipping industry for external hires

Technical Skills

• MS Office tools, SAP BI applications/tools, programs or systems colleague would be responsible for operating, any other assisting software
