Job summary

Maersk in a multinational setting is seeking a Landside Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end landside shipment execution using SAP TMS. You will coordinate with regional front office teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.

The role requires 6–8 years in logistics or shipping, Spanish and English proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. Rotation shifts and a five-day in-office expectation are part of the package.

• Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability
• Build engagement with regional front office teams and contribute to operational improvements
• Drive performance tracking, reporting, and KPI-based insights across operations and financials
• Translate data into actionable recommendations on cost, profitability, and business trends
• Lead process improvements and standardisation to enhance efficiency and reduce friction
• Support offshoring initiatives, product training and onboarding new team members

Key Responsibilities

Accountabilities

Ensure visibility and governance over operational and financial performance across the portfolio

Drive data accuracy, insight quality, and timely reporting to support business decisions

Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost optimisation, and process effectiveness

Support successful execution of projects, system initiatives, and transformation programs

Enable stakeholder alignment and ensure delivery against agreed objectives

Q ualifications:

College Graduate

Should be able to speak and write Spanish and English

Hands on Knowledge of all MS Office Product

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the logistics or shipping industry for external hires.

Willingness to work rotation shifts and, for external hires, adhere to a five-day in-office expectation.

Technical Skills: MS Office tools, SAP BI applications/tools,programsor systems colleague wouldbe responsible foroperating, any other assisting software.
