Job summary

Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead our Singapore presence in a hybrid role that blends outbound prospecting with high-value inbound advisory work. You will own the pipeline from first contact to contract, build partnerships with workspace operators and landlords, and guide multi-stakeholder negotiations across SMEs and regional HQs.

Fluent English is essential; Mandarin or other regional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Track record of success in B2B sales or business development; direct experience within flexible workspace, commercial property brokerage, or PropTech is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to balance proactive outbound hunting with complex, multi-stakeholder deal management.
An active commercial real estate or corporate network in Singapore is a distinct advantage.
CEA registration, or the eligibility and willingness to obtain it, is an asset.
Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with an appetite for working in an agile, merit-based environment.
Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is an advantage to support cross-border clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage corporate clients in Singapore and regional markets.
Build and manage an outbound pipeline from outreach to close.
Negotiate terms and coordinate property tours and lead commercial term negotiations.
Develop partnerships with workspace operators, institutional landlords, tenant brokers, and referral partners.
Own end-to-end inbound leads including multi-desk requirements, relocations, and cross-border expansions.
