Exclusive Networks is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the Singapore business, oversee P&L, and steer the local team. The role involves driving growth through strategic planning, partner engagement, and performance management across revenue and profit targets.

The candidate will represent EN to the partner ecosystem, align with vendors, and implement a robust sales plan while ensuring governance and effective leadership across the country.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales and operations for a technology business.
• Proven ability to drive sales revenue including managing the P&L.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and businesses.
• Excellent relationships and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the country team to execute growth strategies and meet revenue and profit targets.
• Represent Exclusive Networks to partners and vendors with deep portfolio knowledge.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
• Forecasting, pipeline management and performance analytics for the country.
• Coach and develop the country team to achieve sales objectives.
• Support leadership with upstream reporting and APAC reviews.
