You will structure complex problems, conduct analysis, and deliver end-to-end strategic projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder communication, and driving commercial growth across categories. Prior consulting experience and AI/tool familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience at top-tier firms.
• Exposure to consumer, retail, e-commerce or AI-related projects is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AI, chatbots, automation tools or tech-enabled workflows is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Solid business acumen with understanding of category performance, seller needs and buyer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability across Shopee Singapore's businesses
• Drive commercial growth initiatives across categories and business areas
• Structure ambiguous problems through sizing, benchmarking, analysis, and scalable strategy development
• Deliver end-to-end strategic projects from development to realization
• Develop materials for senior stakeholders to support timely communication
