Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on Simpro experience to support our finance and operations team. You will maintain accurate records, process invoices, and assist with payroll inputs.

This role requires a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, attention to data confidentiality, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience using Simpro for invoicing and financial workflows.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and confidentiality.
• Advanced proficiency with common accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB) is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records including AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, POs, quotes and job-related financial documents in Simpro.
• Monitor job costs, margins and financial workflows within Simpro for accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports such as P&L, balance sheets and cash flow summaries.
• Support payroll inputs by gathering timesheets and ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain organised digital records and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Provide general admin support related to finance, job management and documentation.
