Job summary

hammerjack in Angeles, Pampanga is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of clients, including payroll, reconciliations, and BAS compliance for Australian clients.

You will work with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks, maintaining accurate records, timely reporting, and strong client communication. Hybrid setup with on-site days and close collaboration with the Australian client teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA qualification is an advantage but not required.
• 2+ years Australian accounting experience including GST, tax, and depreciation.

Responsibilities

• Record customer receipts and manage aged receivables.
• Collate invoices into weekly/fortnightly/monthly payment runs and code expenses.
• Perform bank, loan, and credit card reconciliations; month-end close.
• Process end-to-end payroll; reconcile PAYG; manage superannuation payments.
• Post month-end journals and draft financial statements for review.
• Prepare BAS/PAYG statements and lodgements as required.
• Respond to client needs and contribute to process improvements.
