• Operates and monitors air compressors, blowers, conveyors, weighers and exhaust systems.
• Inspects, cleans, and lubricates equipment; reports abnormalities immediately.
• Leads and supervises the assigned team for safe, efficient operations.
• Ensures GMP, food safety and safety procedures to prevent spillage and contamination.
• Completes operational records and helps minimize downtime.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
