Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a qualified technician to operate and monitor air compressors, blowers, conveyors, weigher machines, and related grain handling equipment at our facility in Metro Manila.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, a college level or high school graduate, and the ability to lead a small team while ensuring GMP compliance and safe operations. You will complete operational records and help minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience operating grain handling equipment is preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor air compressors, blowers, conveyors and related grain handling equipment.
• Inspect, clean and lubricate equipment; report abnormalities promptly.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team for safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure GMP, food safety and safety procedures are followed to prevent contamination.
• Complete required operational records and help minimize equipment downtime.
