• Ensures GMP, food safety and safety procedures to prevent spillage and contamination.
• Completes operational records and helps minimize downtime.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

• Operates and monitor air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report and any abnormalities immediately.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures while preventing grain spillage and contamination.
• Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and upper management.
