Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator in Metro Manila to operate and monitor air compressors, blowers, conveyors, and grain handling gear.

You will perform basic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and report abnormalities, while leading a small team for safe, efficient operations. The role requires adherence to GMP and Food Safety procedures to prevent spillage and contamination and to maintain operational records and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Manufacturing.
• Educational attainment: College level or high school graduate.
• Civil status: Any.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report any abnormalities immediately.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures while preventing grain spillage and contamination.
• Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
