Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled operations technician to operate and monitor air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems, and other grain handling equipment.

You will perform basic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and report abnormalities promptly. You will lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations, uphold GMP and Food Safety procedures, minimize grain spillage and contamination,

Qualifications

College Level or High School Graduate required.
1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operates and monitor air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report any abnormalities immediately.
Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures while preventing grain spillage and contamination.
Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
Perform other duties and responsibilities.
