Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a grain-handling team and monitor a wide range of equipment including air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weighers and exhaust systems, ensuring reliability and safety in daily operations.

You will perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, report abnormalities promptly, keep detailed maintenance records, uphold GMP and Food Safety procedures, prevent spillage and contamination, and drive

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report and any abnormalities immediately.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures while preventing grain spillage and contamination.
• Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and upper management.
