Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks a hands-on Grain Handling Operator to oversee day-to-day operations in a food-processing facility in Metro Manila. You will operate and monitor air compressors, blowers, conveyors and other grain-handling equipment, while leading a small team to maintain safe, efficient production.

You are responsible for basic inspection, cleaning and lubrication, reporting abnormalities, ensuring GMP and Food Safety compliance, completing records, and minimizing equipment

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
• Inspects, cleans and lubricates equipment; reports abnormalities immediately.
• Leads and supervises the assigned team to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensures GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures while preventing grain spillage and contamination.
• Completes required operational records and assists in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and upper management.
