Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated grain handling operator to monitor and control heavy equipment such as air compressors, roots blowers, conveyors and weighing systems. You will lead a small team, perform routine inspections, cleaning and lubrication, report abnormalities promptly, and ensure safe, efficient operations across the line.

The role requires strict adherence to GMP, Food Safety and Workplace Safety procedures to prevent spillages and contamination,

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines and exhaust systems.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, lubrication and report abnormalities immediately.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures to prevent grain spillage and contamination.
• Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.

Job description
