Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator in the Mandaluyong area to operate and monitor air compressors, blowers, conveyors, and related grain handling equipment.

The role requires inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and reporting abnormalities while leading a team for safe, efficient operations. The successful candidate will ensure GMP and Food Safety procedures are followed, prevent grain spillage, and maintain operational records.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor air compressors and other grain handling equipment.
• Perform inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report abnormalities.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report abnormalities.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures compliance while preventing grain spillage and contamination.
• Complete operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and upper management.
