Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a proactive SILO MAN ASSISTANT (Former Pumpman) in Mandaluyong City for on-site operations. The role involves monitoring air compressors, blowers and conveyors, inspecting and lubricating equipment, and leading a small team to maintain smooth production.

The candidate should be physically fit, with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, and able to follow GMP, Food Safety and Safety procedures. Prior exposure to plant environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing / Plant Operations - REQUIRED
• Experience operating or monitoring pumps, compressors, blowers, conveyors, or similar equipment
• Physically fit and willing to work in a plant environment
• Basic knowledge of equipment inspection, cleaning & lubrication
• Willing to follow GMP, Food Safety & Safety Procedures
• With good teamwork and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor air compressors, blowers, conveyors, weighers & exhaust systems
• Inspect, clean, and lubricate equipment
• Report equipment abnormalities and help prevent downtime
• Supervise assigned team during operations
• Prevent grain spillage and contamination
• Complete daily operational records
