Job summary

CLSR PRINTING SOLUTIONS LTD CO is seeking an Account Sales Executive to find new clients, manage relationships, and close deals for custom sign projects. You will act as the bridge between the client, the design team and production to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role involves local prospecting with brands, venues and construction firms, presenting quotes and material options, and guiding accounts from initial contact through design approval to installation.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record, preferably in signage, printing, advertising, or construction.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Basic technical knowledge of signage types (e.g., illuminated signage, banners, tarpaulin, etc).
• Basic technical knowledge of materials (e.g., Acrylic, Sintra, ACP).
• Excellent communication to clearly bridge the gap between creative department and clients.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business by targeting local companies, construction firms, retail brands, and event venues.
• Consult with clients to understand their branding, budget, and timeline needs for signage.
• Present custom quotes, design proposals, and material options to close sales.
• Manage client accounts from initial contact through design approval, production, and final installation.
• Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the company management.
