Responsibilities

• Showroom Cleaning and Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom, reception areas, customer lounge, offices, and other assigned spaces.
• Basic Maintenance Support: Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs when needed; monitor facility condition and report issues.
• Customer Area Assistance: Help maintain cleanliness and organization of customer service areas, restrooms, and other common spaces.
• Safety and Proper Handling: Follow proper procedures for cleaning materials, tools, and equipment; observe safety standards.
• General Utility and Support Duties: Move supplies and furnishings; assist with other housekeeping and general tasks as directed.

This role performs routine housekeeping, basic maintenance, and general utility tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Showroom Cleaning and Housekeeping
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom, reception areas, customer lounge, offices, and other assigned spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, dust, clean windows, and sanitize frequently used areas.
  • Keep customer areas presentable and comfortable throughout operating hours.
• Basic Maintenance Support
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs when needed.
  • Monitor the condition of facilities, fixtures, and equipment and report any damage or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
  • Ensure cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Customer Area Assistance
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of customer service areas, restrooms, and other common spaces.
  • Assist in preparing the showroom for meetings, events, and dealership activities.
  • Maintain a neat and welcoming environment that supports a positive customer experience.
• Safety and Proper Handling
  • Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Observe workplace safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Promptly report hazards, spills, damages, or other conditions that may pose a safety risk.
• General Utility and Support Duties
  • Assist with moving supplies, furniture, and other materials as required.
  • Perform other housekeeping, utility, and general support tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Work cooperatively with other dealership personnel to maintain showroom efficiency and cleanliness.
