Lightforce Cubao Showroom is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales, and manage staff. You will ensure inventory accuracy, safety standards, and efficient cash handling while coordinating with multiple departments to meet branch targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and process compliance, reporting to the Branch Manager & Operations Head. This is an in-person position at Cubao Showroom, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to resolve issues.
• Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily showroom operations at Cubao Showroom to ensure smooth business operations.
• Drive branch sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Supervise showroom staff, schedule shifts, and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing Departments.
• Manage cashiering operations and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, Purchasing and HR on branch needs.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
