Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Performance Marketing Assistant (Shopify) to manage paid campaigns and reporting from a remote setup in the Philippines. The role covers Meta and Google Ads, Shopify, and cross-channel marketing activities with a focus on data-driven optimization.

You will coordinate with design and content teams, monitor budgets, and prepare routine performance reports while staying updated on latest ad formats and best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong Shopify experience and paid media campaign setup.
• Understanding of tracking, measurement, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Assist campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google Search, Shopping, and Display.
• Support campaign tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTMs.
• Monitor budgets and pacing; identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with design/content for ad creatives and testing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly paid media reports with insights.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
• Support cross-channel marketing calendar and email/SMS scheduling.
• Proofread marketing copy and assets before launch.
• Provide general marketing administration and timely delivery.
