Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support paid media across Meta and Google Ads, with day-to-day campaign management and reporting. The role offers WFH, day shift, and exposure to cross-channel efforts.

You will assist in campaign setup, tracking (GA4, UTMs), optimisation, and collaboration with creative teams to drive performance and deliver timely marketing activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, implement, and manage paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
• Assist across Facebook, Instagram, Google networks, and retargeting.
• Support campaign tracking and measurement using GA4 & UTMs.
• Monitor budgets and pacing; identify optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers on ad creatives; test campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly paid media reports with insights.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
• Support cross-channel campaigns and calendar coordination.
• Assist email and SMS campaign scheduling and content.
• Proofread marketing copy and assets before launch.
• Provide general marketing administration support.

Your Role

As a Performance Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Support the setup, implementation, and day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Assist with campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Retargeting.
• Support campaign tracking and measurement, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM conventions.
• Monitor campaign budgets and pacing and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators on ad creative requirements and support structured creative testing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly paid media reports, highlighting campaign performance, key insights, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and paid media best practices.
• Support the broader marketing calendar and help coordinate cross-channel campaigns.
• Assist with email and SMS campaign scheduling and content coordination.
• Proofread and quality-check marketing copy, ad copy, and campaign assets before launch.
• Provide general marketing administration and support to ensure campaigns and marketing activities are delivered accurately and on time.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of paid media campaign setup, optimisation, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking concepts, including pixels, GA4, conversions, and UTMs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify performance trends.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing campaign settings, tracking, copy, and creative assets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience supporting Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, or Retargeting campaigns.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and UTM tracking.
• Experience preparing paid media performance reports.
• Exposure to email and SMS marketing platforms.
• Experience coordinating with creative, content, or marketing teams.
• Basic knowledge of creative testing and campaign optimisation.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
