Job summary

Telos Media is seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to maintain and optimize Shopify stores (SolarBalls, MrSpherical, Run Monster Run). You will publish products, manage pricing, bundles, and promotions while ensuring accurate product data and stock.

Daily tasks include checking links, updating assets, and supporting weekly sales reporting. You should be detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to spot issues before they impact sales.

Qualifications

Hands-on e-commerce experience with Shopify
Strong data mindset: track KPIs and sales reports
Familiarity with SEO basics and product feeds

Responsibilities

Manage Shopify stores day to day and publish products, variants, pricing and bundles
Keep product info, images and inventory accurate
Run checks for broken links, missing products and issues
Monitor stock and flag low-stock risks
Review sales and conversion data and flag opportunities
Support weekly sales reporting and key ecommerce metrics
Ensure promotions and pricing work during launches
Maintain SEO fields for products and collections
Sync product data across Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and YouTube Shopping
Perform basic product image edits
Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing and wider team
