Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable web apps, Shopify storefronts, and internal business applications. You will work across frontend and backend, integrate Cin7 Core, Xero and HubSpot, and help AI-enabled automation to improve workflows and reporting.

You’ll collaborate with product and business teams in a hybrid setup, contributing to coding standards, CI/CD and data-driven decision support while delivering high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of commercial full stack development experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with AI APIs, LLMs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong SQL and relational database design, querying and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with integrations across platforms (Shopify, Cin7 Core, Xero, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Solid DevOps skills including Linux, NGINX and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications across front-end, back-end, APIs and databases.
• Assist with Shopify storefronts and internal business applications.
• Develop and support integrations across platforms ensuring reliable data flow.
• Maintain SQL databases, queries and data structures with a focus on performance.
• Work within an AI-driven development framework to improve coding efficiency and workflows.
• Produce AI-generated, quality code and maintain documentation and testing.
• Create automated reports and dashboards translating business reporting needs.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation and AI-enabled improvements.
