Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. seeks a Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain responsive web apps, e-commerce platforms and internal tools. You will implement AI-enabled automation, optimize performance and drive data-driven decisions across front-end and back-end systems.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports Shopify storefronts and third-party integrations, and contributes to the organisation’s technology roadmap with modern development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial full stack software development experience.
• Experience with Flutter/Dart, Python, Next.js, React and Node.js.
• Strong SQL, database design and data management.
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs, LLMs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Solid DevOps skills including Linux and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to identify AI/automation opportunities and improve processes.
• Strong communication and autonomous problem‑solving in Agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications across front-end, back-end, APIs and databases.
• Develop Shopify storefronts and internal business apps; integrate Cin7 Core, Xero, HubSpot, Klaviyo.
• Build and maintain SQL databases, queries and data structures with data integrity.
• Work within an AI-driven development framework to produce quality, secure code.
• Create automated reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
• Identify repetitive processes and implement automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Refactor code and optimise performance; troubleshoot issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with product and leadership to deliver high-quality releases.
• Contribute to coding standards, documentation and development processes.
