Job summary

Staff Domain is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications, ecommerce platforms, and internal tools. You will integrate with Shopify, Cin7 Core, Xero, HubSpot and other systems, while improving data management and reporting through AI-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technology and contribute to the company’s technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications across front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, databases and system integrations.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of web-based applications, including the Shopify storefront and internal business applications.
• Develop and support integrations across platforms including Shopify, Cin7 Core, Xero, HubSpot, Klaviyo and other business applications, ensuring reliable data flow between systems.
• Design, develop and maintain SQL databases, tables, queries, stored procedures and data structures, with a focus on data integrity, performance and scalability.
• Work hands-on within an AI-driven development framework, using modern AI development tools to improve coding efficiency, problem solving and development workflows. Validate, test and productionise AI-generated code to ensure quality, security and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards and data visualisations, translating business reporting requirements into practical and user-friendly technology solutions.
• Identify repetitive, manual or inefficient processes and implement opportunities for automation, system integration and AI-enabled improvements.
• Optimise application and database performance through code refactoring, query optimisation, performance tuning and scalable development practices.
• Test software solutions, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, integration issues, data-flow problems and other technical issues.
