Job summary

Anglo-Eastern Ship Management in Manila seeks an Accounting Supervisor/Team Leader to manage ship agency accounting, payroll oversight, and monthly closings. The role requires a BS Accountancy with CPA, plus 3–5 years of supervisory experience and strong Excel skills.

Fluent in English and Filipino, you will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate books and timely reporting for ship operations.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience as Accounting Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Audit experience in Big 4 is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Filipino; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and development of the ship agency accounting functions.
• Support oversight and resolution of ship agency and crew payroll matters.
• Manage team to ensure ship agency books are reported/closed timely and accurately; perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
• Provide timely replenishments to maintain sufficient client funds for vessel payrolls and vendor payments.
