Job summary

Unilever Rfm Ice Cream in Philippines is seeking a Shift Coordinator to oversee production priorities, ensure smooth in-and-out logistics, and uphold safety, quality and discipline across the Sourcing Unit. You will lead a team, manage shift patterns and timekeeping, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with the Production Manager to meet daily plans.

This role requires strong leadership and hands-on manufacturing experience within a World Class Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical – maintain knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance and improvement to support the Sourcing Unit.
• Safety – apply safety and environmental procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the team.
• Logistics – implement principles to load materials to the line and evacuate product efficiently.
• Quality – ensure quality procedures are followed to protect the brand and product.
• Leadership – promote development of a high-performing team through clear communication and coaching.
• Continuous Improvement – use performance measures to identify losses and drive improvement.
