Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a technical course related to Manufacturing or TESDA-certified.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures relevant to task.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate sachets filling line safely to meet the production plan.
• Conduct troubleshooting of the line and autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Assist in line clearance, changeovers, and production checklists.
• Support audits to ensure Machinery Safety and related standards compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering during breakdowns and contribute to OEE data.
