Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Technical Operator to operate, maintain, improve and repair equipment to meet productivity, quality, safety and environmental KPIs in our ice cream manufacturing lines.

You will work in an autonomous team, lead by example, perform AM activities, troubleshoot, support line performance, and collaborate with technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3-year technical course in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation.
• English reading and writing skills required.
• Experience in maintenance or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair equipment to meet OEE, quality, safety and environmental targets.
• Lead shift Manning and guide Machine Operators and crew.
• Participate in AM activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
