Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME).
• Minimum of 1 year in industrial mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, or processing plant operations.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Lead immediate emergency repairs during shift disruptions to eliminate production downtime.
• Condition-Based Monitoring: Conduct routine vibration monitoring and thermal imaging; analyze data to catch abnormalities before failures.
• Shift Operations & Unloading: Oversee mechanical performance during raw material unloading and ensure peak feed rates within time limits.
• Projects & Materials: Design cost-effective improvement projects and coordinate with planners for spare parts availability.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain engineering records and adhere to 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO food safety and quality policies.
