Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME) licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year in industrial mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, or processing plant operations.
• Experience with vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and instrument calibration.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and troubleshoot electro-pneumatic systems.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime during shift disruptions.
• Conduct condition-based monitoring with vibration analysis and thermal imaging.
• Oversee unloading and shift operations to maintain peak feed rates within time limits.
• Design cost-effective improvement projects and coordinate spare parts with planners.
• Maintain 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO food safety and quality records.
