About the role

We are seeking experienced Shift Managers to join the management team at MANYQ Food Management Ltd., Inc. in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee daily operations during your assigned shifts. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive work environment for your team. This position is integral to the success of our food service operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery

• Lead, supervise and motivate team members to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism

• Monitor food quality, presentation and safety standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, food handling standards and operational procedures

• Manage inventory, stock levels and food ordering to minimise waste and optimise resources

• Train and coach staff members on operational procedures, customer service standards and company policies

• Prepare and review shift reports, documenting incidents, staff performance and operational metrics

• Manage cash handling, payment processing and financial transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment for customers and staff

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in hospitality management, food service operations or similar supervisory roles

• Strong leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and customers

• In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and health regulations

• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control and financial monitoring

• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

• Physical capability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform manual tasks as needed

• Certification in food handling or hospitality management is highly desirable

• Prior experience managing teams in fast-paced food service environments is preferred
