Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at Samgyupsalamat Robinson's Galleria South in San Pedro, Laguna. You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to hit sales and service targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong Excel and inventory awareness, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in food service/hospitality.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Assist in scheduling, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare and maintain basic inventory and operational reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
