Milagrita Global Food Corporation, owner of Samgyupsalamat Waltermart Mabalacat, is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure a top-notch dining experience for guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in food service or hospitality.
Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies and service standards.
Assist in scheduling, coaching, and motivating team members.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Prepare and maintain basic inventory and operational reports.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
