Job summary

San Miguel Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Maintenance Engineer to execute and supervise maintenance on all process equipment, including breakdown, corrective, preventive, predictive, and condition-based activities.

You will supervise Tech Voc personnel, enforce safety, monitor controls, and lead RCA and FMEA analyses, reporting OEE, MTBF, MTTR indicators.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of process equipment.
• Knowledge of RCA and FMEA methodologies.
• Ability to supervise technicians and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise breakdown, corrective, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance on all process equipment.
• Supervise Tech Voc personnel (SMCRMI, TESDA NC II) performing FITCAL, fabrication, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, woodwork, welding, painting.
• Monitor operational controls for safety, environment, energy, asset, BC, and enforce PPE.
• Lead RCA and FMEA analyses for equipment and report leading/lagging indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).

Job description

Execute and supervise all maintenance activities (breakdown, corrective, preventive, predictive, condition-based) forall process equipment. Supervise Tech Voc personnel (SMCRMI, TESDA NC II) performing FITCAL, fabrication, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, woodwork, welding, painting. Monitor operational controls for FSSC, safety, environment, energy, asset, BC. Implement LOTOTO and PTW. Manage hazardous waste. Inspect completed work, determine acceptance or back job. Create work requests. Perform predictive tests (thermal, vibration, ultrasound, megger). Enforce PPE. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) for process equipment. Calculate and report leading/lagging indicators: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and others.
