Job summary

Advance Food Concepts Mfg. Inc in Metro Manila seeks a qualified electrician/maintenance technician to check, repair, monitor, and maintain electrical systems on production equipment, including boilers, chillers, motors, and control boards.

You will train junior electricians, handle preventive maintenance, participate in on-site and off-site seminars, and assist as boiler or chiller operator when needed; you will keep the work area clean and organized and support fabrication or carpentry tasks

Responsibilities

• Check, repair, monitor, and maintain electrical systems of equipment (boilers, chillers, air compressors, wastewater treatment, motors, control boards, pumps, outlets, A/C) using preventive maintenance checklist.
• Check inventory of electrical supplies and prepare purchase requests as needed.
• Instruct or train junior electricians and production personnel on repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the assigned work area.
• Participate in in-house and off-site seminars or training programs as required by Management.
• Serve as Boiler or Chiller Operator during absence, when assigned.
• Participate in in-house fabrication projects and carpentry work requiring technical expertise.
• Inspect and monitor pest control devices to ensure proper condition and effectiveness.

Job description

• Check, repair, monitor, and maintain the electrical functions of equipment, including but not limited to boilers, chillers, air compressors, wastewater treatment equipment, circuit breakers, motors, control boards, pumps, power outlets, air conditioning systems, and office facilities, using the preventive maintenance checklist.
• Check the inventory of electrical supplies and prepare purchase requests when necessary.
• Instruct or train junior electricians and key production personnel on the proper repair and maintenance of equipment, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the assigned work area.
• Participate in in-house and off-site seminars or training programs as required by Management.
• Serve as the Boiler or Chiller Operator during the incumbent's absence, when assigned.
• Participate in in-house fabrication projects and carpentry work requiring technical expertise, whenever needed.
• Inspect and monitor pest control devices to ensure their proper condition and effectiveness.
