Job description

• Lead and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities based on approved maintenance plans and schedules.
• Conduct hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of mechanical and electrical equipment during breakdowns or abnormal conditions.
• Provide technical leadership during maintenance work and guide technicians in proper repair methods and troubleshooting techniques.
• Participate directly in complex or critical maintenance tasks that require engineering‑level expertise.
• Ensure maintenance work is performed according to technical standards, equipment manuals, and approved procedures.
• Supervise maintenance technicians during execution of maintenance activities to ensure quality and efficiency of work.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate and supervise third‑party contractors performing specialized maintenance services.
• Review contractor scope of work and ensure compliance with plant technical standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct pre‑job briefings for maintenance teams and contractors prior to starting maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractor progress and ensure safe and timely completion of outsourced maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and verify the quality of completed maintenance work before returning equipment to Production.
• Perform functional testing and operational checks to ensure equipment reliability after maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance work and contractor service reports in the maintenance

B. Main Tasks:

• Analyze equipment downtime trends and maintenance history to identify recurring issues.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend equipment modifications or engineering improvements to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Support predictive maintenance and condition monitoring initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planner to refine preventive maintenance strategies based on equipment performance.
• Participate in plant engineering improvement and reliability projects.
• Assist in identification and management of critical spare parts for major equipment.
• Support commissioning and testing of newly installed or upgraded equipment.
• Promote reliability‑centered maintenance practices within the maintenance team.

C. Main Tasks:

• Enforce strict implementation of plant safety procedures during maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper application of Lock‑Out Tag‑Out Try‑Out (LOTOTO) during equipment isolation.
• Prepare risk assessments and work permits for high‑risk maintenance tasks.
• Conduct safety inspections during maintenance activities and correct unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with ECSE for documentation of maintenance incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance accomplishment reports.
• Monitor key maintenance KPIs such as equipment downtime and maintenance response time.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the maintenance management system.
• Support safety and management system audits.
