Job summary

Discovery Primea Condominium Corporation is seeking a Shift Engineer to oversee repairs and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems in our premium building. You will supervise engineering staff, respond to tenant concerns and emergencies, and ensure continuous, efficient operation of building equipment.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC) with at least 3 years in building facilities, property management, hotel, or condominium operations,

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with PRC license.
• 3+ years experience in building facilities or similar operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and maintenance of MEP and fire safety systems.
• Supervise engineering personnel responding to tenant concerns and emergencies.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies, tenants, and developers.
• Maintain and update records of common-area equipment.
• Monitor equipment uptime/downtime and prepare engineering reports.
• Supervise technical works inside tenant units.
• Recommend tools, equipment, instruments, and materials needed for efficient operations.

About the role
